Note: You will need to send us a copy of your current, unexpired CPO Certificate or wallet card to take this class. If you cannot find it, please contact the PHTA at 719-540-9119. IF YOUR CPO IS EXPIRED, YOU MUST TAKE THE FULL TWO-DAY CLASS! This class is a refresher only. You will receive the latest copy of the CPO handbook. Being that the class is only one day, we will not delve deeply into the subject matter, including the math. For example, by now you should know how to calculate pool & spa volume, chemical dosing and the Langelier Saturation Index. If you feel you need more than a quick refresher, we urge you to take the full two-day class. There is a possibility that this class will last more than 8 hours since you will have up to 3 hours to complete the 50 question, multiple choice, open book exam.

Important: In a Virtual class, the email address must be accessible on the same computer you are taking the class. No one else can use the same email address. You must use a computer with a Webcam and be visible at all times. Do not use a tablet or a smartphone. Failure to be visible will result in disqualification from the class and forfeiture of the fee. Virtual classes start at 8am Pacific Time.

I understand and agree that the credit card above will be charged the fee indicated for the CPO class indicated. The registration deadline is 14 days prior to the first day of the class. If cancelled prior to the registration deadline and materials are returned in original condition, you will receive a full refund. No refund available after the registration deadline. To reschedule to another class between the registration deadline and five business days before the scheduled class, there will be a $150.00 fee. Any changes later than 6 business days before the first day of the class will result in forfeiture of the entire fee.
